We’ve been asking girls this, and it turns out we all have stories to tell! We’ve been inspired by the adventures of Sheryl Wilcox and Jessica Collins with her European trek. This week we are excited to share with you how Meredith Quintana enjoys life.
Five Adventurous Things by Meredith Quintana
1) Mission Trip: A week after I graduated high school, I went on a mission trip to Siberia, Russia. Talk about a culture shock!
2) Annual Camping Trip: Each year we have a different location, but the goal is the same – unplug and catch up with old friends. There’s nothing quite like hanging out around the campfire until bedtime.

4) Epic Road Trip: Recently, my boyfriend and I traveled from Alabama to Ohio for a Mumford & Sons three-day concert event. We experienced, saw, ate, and felt the most amazing things there. It was H-O-T, but I’d do it again in a heartbeat (but bring more batteries for the tent fan).

5) Deep Creek Tubing: One of my absolute favorite summer adventures, located in Bryson City, NC. It’s a magical place where time stands still (actually, the day zips by in a blur of activity)! As we floated down the river, my boyfriend and I soaked up the carefree life and enjoyed God’s creation.
